Achieving quarterly and annual sales targets with new and current customers
Developing a pipeline of qualified leads through personal initiative, planning, networking, marketing activities, and execution to achieve annual sales targets
Demonstrating competence in qualifying, presenting, and demonstrating the company's Products
Always Representing The company in a positive and professional manner
Maintaining accurate and timely sales data and generating reports
Track and update leads and opportunities
Staying current on all the company products and industry trends
Gaining competitive knowledge and understanding how to best position the company's Products
Achieving a minimum performance of 100% by developing and executing an annual plan including sales targets, target customers, activity metrics, and high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
Degree in sales and marketing, Business administration, IT, or related course
2- 3 years experience in sales and marketing. Experience in the IT industry is highly preferred
Superior oral, telephone, and written communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Results-focused attitude
Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision
Enthusiastic self-starter who can work independently as well as with a team
Effective relationship builder: the ability to develop trusting relationships with customers, team members, management, and partners
Ability to hit targets
Strong drive toward superior customer satisfaction
HubSpot CRM knowledge a plus
Mastery of overall sales processes
Must be open to personal and professional development
